Good job over all, but they need to educate delivery people on how to place a memory foam mattress on bed frame. Tags should be at the end of the bed frame. Not on front by headboard

Salesperson Yesenia and Erika were so patient while I looked around showroom floor. Did not hassle or rush me to make decisions. Very satisfied. Also satisfied with delivery drivers. Notified me of delivery ETA morning of delivery and was prompt. Love the look of bedroom furniture in my space!

My mom visited your Gulf Freeway store on 11/17/23 to purchase living couches. She was very pleased with the service she received from Jesse Garcia, the salesperson. Jesse was knowledgeable in helping us select the correct set for her and made the financing process easy. He arranged for a speedy delivery. Carlos was our delivery guy on 11/20/23. He arrived during the stipulated time frame and was professional and very careful unloading and arranging the furniture to mom’s desire. We are very please with your company, Jesse and Carlos.

If I can rate this review an 0 I will had the worst experience of my life sent in shopping for an mattress for my son and a queen size bed upon arrival we got attitude from delivery driver which we paid $100 non refundable. Nevertheless few weeks later my wife start feeling itchiness also for my 6year old son
since we purchased the bed these mattresses must have dust mites we had to throw all our sheets which cost me $400 an call pest control will never be coming back ever again yall should check for mites or bedbugs.
