Appreciate the style & quality I got for a very low price. My purchase and delivery in Pueblo 2 or 3 years ago was seamless: no hitches whatsoever (delivered to Weston, CO). Am also very pleased with furniture I purchased this year from Westminster store and had delivered to Missouri. The salesperson, however, did not seem as familiar and knowledgeable re: furniture and store operations so process seemed to retake a long time. Two of the pieces arrived in the wrong color and were returned with a credit promised (that was in June). Did not materialize but a very nice CSR in the store yesterday made necessary contacts and has provided me w/receipt for the credit. The delivery men were awesome and did great job with everything.

Sales dept was great...Getting it delivered was a different story. Had to wait for me to CALL them when it came in the store from backorder. When delivered saw the man carry the love seat by himself & dropped it outside. When they set it up saw leg was scratched. so they sent me another one. BUT upon inspection another leg was also scratched. They were way to much in a hurry to leave & go to another stop >:(

I wanted to find everything to furnish my new apartment while at AFW. When I asked 2 different employees "why is it so hot in here?" I was told that the AC had been out for the past 2 weeks! The only reason I bought the sofa and chair was because as I was complaining and leaving the young lady said she could ring me up there and I'd be out of the store in 5 minutes. As I was leaving she pointed out a coffee table and side tables which I liked and needed but simply was far too hot to stay, she gave me her card. I called later and the young lady Mina Hanley was so sweet she said she could add those tables to the order I placed in the store so I didn't have to come back in (which I would not have done). Otherwise I would not have even got those. It was really unbearably hot in your store! Several shoppers were complaining when we were in same areas and they too said they planned to get furniture that day but were going elsewhere. On the way out I asked when it was to be fixed assuming someone was working on it and was told Jake Jabs came in to see for himself today but they had no idea when they'd hire someone to fix it. Very disappointed that it wasn't addressed when AC first went out obviously management knew it was hot due to industrial size, worthless fans by desk. I felt bad for the staff working in the heat. The delivery guys were great!! On time, friendly, careful with my furniture, asked me to inspect it to make sure it was in mint condition, asked me if it was placed exactly where I wanted or did I want them to move it, awesome crew!! Give those boys a raise! 😀. Everything was ok but I'm telling you the AC being out and the fact it took Jake Jabs (according to girls at front desk on first floor) 2 weeks to even come and see if it even needed to be fixed I felt was bad business! Doesn't he have a manager he trusts that when the manager says "people are leaving and not buying because it's so darn hot in here we need to fix the air" that Jake can just say "get it fixed NOW"? Bad business practice Jake. 😕

Called ahead to see if item was in. When told there was limited stock salesperson offered to hold it for me. We zoomed right over to pick it up. Couldn't have been happier since none of the other AMF locations had it in stock either.

James who assisted us was very helpful, polite, not pushy and followed up on our requests.

Six months for a repair on my chair was unbelievably ridiculous. However, most of the staff at AFW are super nice so it's hard to be mad about it. Its pretty much the uppers in the company's fault for how they run things. You are still the best furniture store around. By the way, the different e every week sales banners are a joke, us customers aren't all idiots

The service representative was not the most pleasant. But he was ok. Maybe because we were just buying a rug.

I needed to return some furniture and I really appreciate the help from Elizabeth in customer service for making the transition run smoothly. The help I received in the store today from my salesperson James to checking out with the woman at the front (sorry can't recall name) was exceptional.
