Our sales rep, Wanda, was fantastic! We furnished two rooms with her creativity and absolutely love both. Had problems with delivery of a floor vase (twice arrived broken) but the store made it right. Wish I had more rooms to decorate with them!

Our couches are warped. It is frustrating since we just bought it.

I was disappointed when I was assured by the salesman Matt that I didn't need a box spring but when the delivery men showed up, I did need the box spring. So when I called the store I was told by a manager that I would need to pay the additional money to get the box spring even though it was Matt's mistake. Ultimately I got the box spring but had to pay for the shipping fee. Not very happy at all.
