Absolutely professional, respectful, caring and friendly staff. I love how when you’re at the warehouse you can walk around and take as long as you want and you don’t have a sales person continuously constantly asking you what you want or what you need. It gets annoying. I bought a living room set took about two hours to pick it out and make a decision but during that time I didn’t have anybody constantly asking me questions or this or that I was able to shop in peace And when I was ready to talk to a sales person or when I was ready to ask questions, there was always someone right away to help me.

I brought a couple of loveseats and two accent chairs. One of the Accent chairs material was real loose and wrinkly looking I had them to take it back. The Company called within the hour and told me they would have another chair delivered in two days, I received it today(2days). It was better not great. The delivery guy told me that they have a heat gun that heats the material and makes it tighter. He said give it a couple of days, if still needed someone will come out. I didn’t get a chance to photo the first chair. This is the redelivered chair. Also, the other chair is fine.

We found the perfect office furniture for our home and were very pleased with the excellent help from salesman Josh. He explained the delivery process and scheduled the day for our convenience. The advance notice about the expected delivery time and ability to track the truck was a wonderful way to keep the customer totally informed. The two young delivery men were very friendly and efficient setting up each piece of furniture. We will definitely be an ongoing customer of American Furniture Warehouse!

Shop elsewhere! They sold me a defective couch, lied about it, and refused to help me. Their customer service is malicious at best. And they've since blocked me from their online platforms. Classy!

We ordered a patio set, a few of the same rugs and decorative plants. The sales person moved a firepit in the showroom close to the set we bought which helped to make sure everything matched.
Furniture was delivered within a couple days. The delivery was very smooth. Thought They were going to be at the house assembling the furniture but they already had it all assembled before they got to the house. They just had to place everything where we wanted it. EXCELLENT.
The most important is that everything was in good condition except
One of the rugs were 2 inches bigger than the other two so couldn't put them all together. And one of the rugs had a huge snag in it but it was the only ones they had left bit nothing we can't live with.
Better than most of the high end furniture stores where there has been something wrong it such as chips or scratches or just damaged.
So all in all very good experience
